Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Southwood in Terre Haute, Indiana, offers our patients and residents fine dining services, outstanding activities and therapy availability seven days a week. We have a safe and secure Reflections Unit is designed specifically for the needs of memory-impaired individuals, including Alzheimer’s and other related dementia diseases. Our Reflections Unit has plenty of room for our residents to have their freedom, but gives loved ones piece of mind knowing there is supervision by our specially trained Alzheimer’s staff.

Our center has been awarded the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award, and has won My InnerView’s Excellence in Action award.
